Like most Lancaster residents, I believe in the value of hard work. When I was a child, my siblings and I spent a summer farming a neighbor’s lot to stock our own vegetable stand. At the end of that summer, we were proud of ourselves for having made a grand total of $50 each. I worked my way through college, graduating with a degree in Environmental Design.
A few years later, as a founding partner in two businesses, I created meaningful jobs that paid living wages for more than a decade before ever stepping foot in Harrisburg as your State Representative.
My goal has always been to make sure Lancaster is a place where every child can grow up safe and well-educated. I have a lifetime of vested interest in keeping our economy strong, in creating new businesses and new jobs, and in building an environment where we can all work and retire in comfort and security.
